Revo Plumbing & Heating

We would highly recommend not using Revo. It has cost us thousands of dollars to correct the problems that Revo left us with. They told us that they would be returning to get everything working but they never came back. We had so many problems. The furnace would cut out because they didn’t install the venting correctly. The water lines hammered because they weren’t fastened and were left loose laying on duct work. The HRV didn’t vent half the house. The humidifier ran continuously but didn’t humidify because they installed the wrong one. There were huge bangs in the middle of the night from the boiler pumps because they didn’t bleed the air out. The sinks were installed wrong and parts were left in the garbage. The plumbing leaked. And it goes on and on.We found another company that are qualified experts with Viessman boilers that helped us. They pointed out in the installation manuals how the systems were supposed to have been done. It was such a relief to have someone come in that knew what they were doing. But having to try and find someone else and having to deal with all these problems has been very stressful. The way Revo has treated us is just wrong. Their workmanship was poor. They were not true to their word. They are not to be trusted. Don’t use them.

I am so glad a friend suggested I call Revo after our furnace stopped working. We initially called another company and were told we needed thousands of dollars of repairs, or a new furnace! Revo came in, repaired and tested the furnace, and then took the time to teach us how to read the fault codes to potentially save time and money in the future. They were fast, professional and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars we didn't need to spend. That kind of honesty and integrity goes a long way in my books.

So impressed, had another company do a “fix” that didn’t work. Revo was quick, professional, knowledgeable and communicated so well! We were dying without a/c today and they saved us!

If I could give them more stars I would. Revo replaced our combi-unit water heater after our previous model died from another company and installer. They were fast, professional, and cost less, with better equipment, than competitors. Definitely worth your time.

My hot water tank was on the fritz. I called Brock at Revo and he had someone come over right away. The guys were quick, and the quality of their work was excellent! My wife and kids were home while they were over and said that the guys were super friendly. I'll definitely be calling the great people over at Revo Plumbing and Heating the next time I'm in need of the experts!

Great Products and Service at an Exceptional PriceWe had Brock and the team install a new furnace and toilets. They were on time for their appointment, and finished the work in record time, and left the area they worked on spotless. Thanks Brock!!

This is a great Saskatoon based company. The owner Brock is a quality individual. He is very informative and knowledgeable in his industry. The team at Revo are commuted to service. They are fair and honest, not like some of the other companies in the city. The work was done quickly and effectively. I would recommend Revo to anyone looking for professional work.

How do I say this? AMAZING SERVICE. I got in in a timely manner and treated with a very friendly service representative. Scheduled in within the week. When it came to my service the service technician was even a little early. Gave me fair enough of time and let me know he was on is way. Friendly! And I mean super friendly. Great listener and gave me tons of instruction on what is going on. I was never confused about the service. When completed he gave me instruction to make sure it was working and I knew how to work it. Then went above and beyond and said if there is anything wrong to just message him and he will respond. Am I happy? Beyond happy. I will always use them. Thank you Revo Plumbing and heating. You guys are the best in the city.

Highly recommend Brock and co. My tenants are quite covid sensitive and he had his crew perform all the necessary precautions perfectly. All whilst performing the work to very high standard. Good value and good performance.

The property management company for my condo booked Revo for some AC checks, and I ended up needing more work. I talked to one lady on the phone a few times and she was incredibly friendly. Matt came to service my AC and he was efficient and friendly, got my air fixed and showed me what was wrong with it
