Dr. Lawen and his team took good care of me. They were very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about my Invisalign treatment. I had told them I was possibly moving in 6 months and wanted to be able to have the treatment done before then (without compromising the results), and they made it happen! I love my teeth, and smile confidently now!

A filling came out of one of my teeth when I stayed in Halifax while studying in 2023. I needed quick treatment and Lawen provided that. The service was great, the staff friendly and the work they did on my tooth was fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My previous dentist retired so it was my first first visit with Dr. Sarah Hunter. I needed a molar pulled and I had high anxiety going into the appointment but she was very professional and made me feel at ease. All went better then I ever expected and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I’ve been doing my invisalign treatments for a little over a year now and every time I see something else to fix, they are the most patient and caring and take the next steps to make me happy with my results! All the staff members are so kind and understanding, it’s truly a magical experience! If you’re thinking about doing invisalign don’t even think, just go to Dr. Lawen and you won’t have any regrets!

While the staff are all lovely, I have issues with the way the clinic does business. I've gone to Lawen Dentistry since I was a kid, but I have recently made the decision to switch to a new dentist as the clinic made the decision to stop direct billing. With the cost of living at an all time high, it's completely ridiculous to think that the average person has enough expendable income to pay out of pocket for dental services, especially considering the fact that this clinic charges more than the industry standard for essentially every service. It's unfortunate that it seems like Lawen Dentistry has become a business that is catered to more wealthy individuals.

Today was my second visit To Dr.Daniel Lawen to have 2 adjacent Porc Jacket Crowns cemented on natural molars which needed reconstruction. A week before the teeth were prepared for the Crowns in a very professional manner with information as to how the work was to be done. I am completely pleased with the work.
