Went in to upgrade my phone and was blown away by Joshua. He was knowledgeable and kind and he really went above and beyond to get me the best deal on a new contract and device, without being pushy. I really appreciated his patience with my busy toddler and the time he took with me to make sure I was all set up.

I had the best experience with Joshua from Bell store at Lougheed Mall in Burnaby. I am older and my phone had crashed. He was very patient explaining different options & getting my new phone set up. He made me glad I decided to stay with Bell.

Poor service at this store. I order a phone on Black Friday but they did not have it in their stock. They told me to get it the following week but did not let me know that a new pricing will be applied. I was at the store to get the deal and now they tell me because I didn’t get it on Black Friday, I have to pay twice the amount I was supposed to. I lost a perfect deal and this is their fault not to let me know. At least I could get another phone with a good price. It’s not fair.

Joshua was absolutely fantastic! He was very kind and friendly and gave top notch service. My boyfriend and I came in to get a new phone number for him and to be added to my plan. I was wanting a new phone for a long time but I was not ready… or so I thought. I walked out with such an amazing deal and a brand new phone that I wanted for a while. Thank you Joshua!
