Marcia is pleasant and very helpful when it comes to helping out my child with his partial hearing loss.

I normally don't bother to give companies a rating/review unless it is something that is worthwhile to write about.... I know that this review is long but I truly want to put in the effort to write this review. I have to reward Vancouver Community Audiology Centre with a perfect rating.. Which most reviews on a company is truly reflected based on the performance of their employeesI would like to thank all those who have helped me throughout my entire journey of my childhood as being hearing impaired, having the care and support under the hands on Vancouver Community Audiology Centre. I couldn't have asked for a better service by the great employees here.Unfortunately I am no longer a patient here because this Audiology Centre is focused on children's up to 19 years of age. Otherwise I'd still love to be with them! :DI truly and deeply, from the bottom of my heart need to thank Suzanne Thom for all her sincere help and support throughout majority of my childhood prior to entering adulthood and having to depart to an adult Audiology Centre. In addition, I would like to thank Marianne as well, as I started out with her shortly before she took on the role as a manager and being passed onto Suzanne. Both highly skillful and experienced with their profession. You seriously can't ask for a better audiologist than these two... I am not even exaggerating! Every time I visit the clinic for my regular appointments I can just see and feel how much they take their job more than just a job.. They go above and beyond by putting so much of their quality time and effort to ensure that each and every one of their patients receive the care and help they need. They have great peoples skills and are also very patient especially when it comes to handling toddlers, since it's obviously not the easiest when it comes to handling young children's. They do it very well, which I guess this why they specialize in pediatrics.It's been about three years since I left Vancouver Community Audiology Centre, and of course misses all the wonderful staff. I also want to apologize that I am so delayed in writing this review which I honestly should have done so, years ago... It definitely brought back so many great memories while writing this review! I remembered feeling so welcomed each time I made a visit. Time flies... It honestly felt like it was just yesterday.. Again thank you all for all your help and for your outstanding public service to the community! I wish and hope that in the future, Vancouver Community Audiology Centre will continue to provide great service and with new audiologists to be compassionate and to be able to execute their skills just like Suzanne and Marianne! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Audiology Centre to anyone out there who are in need of an audiologist for their child!Thank You! Good Luck and Take Care!!!-Jordan!

When my son had his audition test he was very nervous but the therapist are so nice and they have toys to distract the kids whereas they take the audition test.

Always well taken care of always...

Great place for your hearing test.

Suzanne was very friendly and super nice, my toddler got a hearing test and she made it pleasant and fun.
