Just purchased my first entry level Tag Huer watch from here. The watch looks great and the service was very polite and professional! The staff are very knowledgeable & friendly, and they take their time to make sure your needs are met. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a high end time piece.

Came by Markville to shop around on a Sunday and noticed L'ORO, saw on the door that they were by appointment only so I was hesitant to call/make an appointment. I am so glad that I did end up giving them a call. Anousch answered, she was very kind over the phone and accommodated me on such short notice. I came into the store feeling welcomed, I requested to browse the Speedmaster collection and she immediately assisted me. Needless to say, Anousch was very knowledgeable and I left the store a proud owner of a brand new Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional!If you're in the market for Omega or any of the other brands they carry, I would highly recommend you get in touch with Anousch. I wasn't entirely sure which watch I wanted at first but Imelda provided great advice and insight and was very patient as I took some time making my decision. I eventually ordered through Imelda and the watch was shipped and delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. 10/10 would recommend.

I discovered L’ORO on line while watch shopping. Having just one Omega in my collection I was looking to purchase another. I ended up obtaining two….the 21 Speedmaster Pro Sapphire and the new Seamaster Pro 300M. Both watches are great! They have 42mm cases with pivoting end lengths on bracelets, so wear smaller and perfect on my 7” wrist. The Speedmaster has a co-axial 3861 movement, the Seamaster a co-axial 8800, both viewable thru sapphire display backs and both a great 50 hr. reserve. The new Speedmaster Sapphire has an applied logo on dial and the nostalgic dot over over the 90 on the ceramic bezel…bonus!. The bracelet has a nice 20mm to 16mm taper with smaller links and easy to size and also extremely comfortable. The Seamaster has a beautiful blue ceramic dial and bezel and I love the skeleton hands that are very legible on the blue dial. I wore this watch exclusively on vacation where it spent much of its time in water….perfect for this! As well as a normal diver extension the clasp also has a push button slider in 5 increments for quick adjustments. Other than being very pleased with the watches, my experience with L’ORO was wonderful! I dealt with Tamara, who was most helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I live a few hrs outside Toronto and my orders delivered free express and arriving within 48 hrs, with real time tracking provided and Tamara in communication with me the entire time. All email was addressed in a timely manner. L’ORO made me feel special and I look forward to future business with them.

Anousch is such a wonderful lady to deal with. I wanted to get the watch before the snow storm and was greeted with warmest welcome.
