Completely unfamiliar with IT contracting tax requirements. Nor are they familiar with the transition between contracting to full time employment, and how to present this information to their clients. It is in your best interest to never mention that you have a corporate tax number for contract work, since they will instantly disqualify you for full time employment - because of their blatant lack of understanding with the difference.

Amazing company to work for, pay checks come right on time every week, work is fast to find and the companies they find for you for work are really keen on caring for their employees. Aneezah has been the best agents I’ve worked with amongst many other temp agencies. Always in a good mood, positive, and great with communication. Fingers crossed I don’t need to use a temp agency again but if I do I would always use winters staffing !
