Do not be fooled at all, a company with a completely bad system that only hires staff and fires everyone after work is done. Supervisors do not behave well at all. Work better Surprises without knowledge and job security are not important to them at all

I do not recommend Safran to professional because when it has new contract look for professionals and general employees after about 6 months general employees learn job and start to laid off professinals and pays less. Do not leave your job. If you have refrence or you are Philipinain Safran do not laid off you. And 174 people laid off due to Covid-19. You should say to team leaders and manager always Yes

Lead hands and supervisors are incompetent. Not trained to handle people. One supervisor Samuel Desillet is racist. Incompetent on dealing with people. Weak in decision making. Doesn’t talk and smile to people with colour.

If I can give no star I would. Do not be fooled by the name. It's a shame their the 3rd largest aerospace company in the world. They don't pay good it's better you work down the street at Tim hortons than there. Supervisors are a joke not professional at all.

Terribly unorganized management team that oozes incompetence. Searches for items are too lengthy and overall organization of inventory and procedures to pick stock are outdated .Adding this update 10/9/19 Unsurprisingly either the company has sold or just renamed.

Zero Star... Inmy husband had a bad experience with the supervisor and HR... they hired him made him trained on the 3rd day they terminated him bcoz they said they made a mistake in hiring him. he resigned from his permanent job bcoz safran gave him an offer and then only to terminate him 3 days after without any valid reason, very incompetent HR we are very dissapointed, they dont care about the people, now my husband has no job...VERY INCOSIDERATE >>>NO HEART<<< ....
