Hard to tell if the staff genuinely don’t care about clients or is just totally fed up working there but clearly there is something wrong with the resources behind the desk when you need them to get you a product. Management problem? Feeling like bothering them is not a behavior to win new clients in 2021… Cashier was doing a good job fortunately.

OK staff. Kind of slow at checkout. Some cashiers are friendly but others are downright deplorable, like one guy who was busy talking to his coworker while completely ignoring me as I waited in line to pay. It is very hard to get service or help when wanting to purchase an item such as a laptop or printer. I had a question about a laser printer once but left because nobody seemed to be around when I needed assistance, and the store wasn't even busy. They also always seem to be out of stock with ink cartridges and USB keys. Their printing centre is better than the one at Place Versailles because there are more machines, but there is always one or two printers out of order. Good luck getting assistance from the person at the printing centre by the way; they never seem to be available when you require their assistance (but no surprise there since this is a recurring theme with the staff here).

What is customer service ! Staff too busy on their phone. Really bad place to go shopping on the weekend

Bureau en Gros has the most terrible client service. They don't answer their phone if you want information, some snotty employees. Don't shop there.

Very bad service for returning anything there, there is staff named Sabrina who did misbehave with me when I went their for return some stuff which bought on a same day. She did not see my receipt and accused me that I steal the stuff from there and now I am returning back to her. So, that was embarrassing moment for me. I used to go there but now I wont go there anymore. Very very pathetic service.

Post service is something else. Expect to wait at least 1h just to be able to send something. As someone else wrote, bring a snack!
