Thank you Yue Chuang (Johnny) Guan the physiotherapist who helped me. He is approachable which allowed me to voice out my concerns. His recommendations for someone with my concerns have helped improve my health and he explained it in a way that is easy to understand.All staff were helpful. Customer service is excellent. I would definitely refer Synergy Rehab Richmond BC to friends and family members.

I take massage from Emily, physio from Naveet, and acupuncture from Angus - these guys have been so amazing and helpful during my recovery from a car accident.The front desk staff are wonderful too, I never had any problems or hiccups booking things and getting help from them. 10/10 recommend!

I've booked Nathan based on the positive online reviews. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly was able to reduce my pain after just one visit, and sent me home with a few exercises. I have already booked a follow up with him. Facility is clean and tidy. Reception staff were friendly and I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

Reception staff was fantastic. Mehak got me in same day, within 1.5 hours of my call. Chiropractor, Dr. Gomi was kind, accommodating & knowledgeable, with a perfect bedside manner.I’m coming back Monday.

I had my first acupuncture appointment with Angus Li at this location and I was quite impressed with the space, the service and the results of our time together. The location is great with ample parking and it's just off the 99 so it's very convenient to get to from my place in Vancouver.I came to see Angus with some heavy pain on my left back and side and he gave me a superb treatment with tuina (massage) and needling my back. I fell asleep in my treatment and the time seemed to go by like in instant.I'd definitely recommend seeing Angus especially if you have any pain anywhere in your body. The nice touch was a free coffee/tea/chai tea latte machine in the lobby! It was a nice treat after having a great treatment. 5 stars!

Dr. Yuki is a great chiropractor. He has helped me recover with all my aches and pains related to my accident. Joey is also my favorite massage therapist I've been too!Recently have also been see Emily (RMT) and she is great too!

Awesome front desk and massage therapist(Emily). Every time I come here the front desk, they have big smile on their face. I will keep coming here forever until they are here.

I like this place a lot! Starting from the reception they’re always very welcoming and nice! Mariana is always helping me and she suggested I give Mike the massage therapist and Dr. Yuki a try for my constant back issues and I must say both of them are very kind and professional! Thank you so much!

I've had two physio sessions with Johnny and am really grateful for his help. He is patient, thorough and helpful. My aches and pains feel much better after the sessions!
