Hello,I am writing to recognize one of your excellent team members at 3085 Highway 7, Markham, Ontario, L3R 0J5.I have always had professional and pleasant interactions with all staff at this location; the store is clean and well-maintained.I want to highlight a particular team member. I am not sure if I have the name of the person correct - Nezlyn. I recall that her name is similar to mine, Lesley. She has always been so welcoming and kind. She treats all with compassion and helps solve any issues that may arise, as well as answers all questions with a genuine interest in listening to the customer.

The Market by Longo's
A longstanding Longo's grocery store in Markham by Woodbine Ave and Highway 7 East. It has great produce, meat and seafood selections. They also have a variety of cheeses, baked goods, pharmacy, flowers/plants and usual kitchen pantry items. There is an onsite Starbucks for the caffeine lovers. There's sufficient parking, but it does get busy at times.

Longo's has changed, I use to love coming here, fruit was always fresh, meat had a great selection. I couldn't buy strawberries, they were all bad and I was so surprised they were still out on the shelves. Didn't buy much meat, the selection wasnt there, I couldn't even get the big pack of minced meat. Wish they never went into business with Sobeys

Love coming to Longo's in this location. Although it is not a big store, it is very clean, tidy and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Especially like to buy steaks and bakery/cakes in here, always fresh and tasty.

Very nice grocery store that has a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Good produce and meat selections too. The store is clean and staff are friendly. My favorite grocery store in the area. Clean, helpful staff, and well organized with a good variety of options and sale items. Highlights being the bakery and fresh cakes!I arranged a pick up for a cake and the staff were very accommodating to have it ready just in time.

I visited Longo's grocery store and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store. The aisles were tidy and well-stocked, making it easy to find everything I needed. The produce section was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables on display.But what really stood out to me was the customer service at Longo's. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful, from the cashier at checkout to the staff stocking shelves. They were always willing to assist me with any questions or special requests I had.Overall, my experience at Longo's was fantastic. From the clean and organized store to the excellent customer service, I will definitely be returning as a customer in the future. I highly recommend Longo's to anyone in search of a top-quality grocery store.

The supermarket is well stocked with plenty of parking. The disappointing part is the self-checkout. For the most items you need to get weighed, you need assistance. If you need to pay using credit card, again you need call for assistance and be at their mercy. For an introvert who doesn't like attention or realize on another social being, it's a nightmare

2023 February 3.5★Located near the highway and nearby Asian grocery stores (popped up within the last 2-3 years), this grocery store continues to sell a variety of items with a good selection of goods not found nearby.This store has a Starbucks inside, prepared hot foods, flowers and a pharmacy in addition to the bakery, aisles of grocery items and seafood sections.Lots of parking. Fairly clean.Good sale items periodically.
