Wow! Shout out to Josh and Mitch for their time, professionalism, and attention to detail while tending to our 600sq ft office space. They were on time and communicative right through the entire appointment. They even took small moments to show me how they were attacking certain problem areas and offered no-pressure suggestions on ways we could improve the look over time. I couldn't believe how quickly they did our space. It looks great and I'm confident embarking on an annual carpet journey with Big Ben Cleaning Services :)Thanks team!

Big Ben cleaning were helping us to clean some cushions from our Spa and aquatic area. They were really helpful to coordinate the service time and were really understanding as we wanted to have the less impact in our guest experience. This company was by far the most efficient, professional, prompt and reliable carpet cleaning service I've ever used! Very , very happy with the cleaning they provided in a 3 story house that is 90% carpet. Prices are good and the service was excellent! I would recommend them to everyone! Had tile and grout cleaning done for my parents. They had great communication and kept me in the loop with updates about the service call on the day of as well. They did a fantastic job on the tile and grout and got them looking new again. When I noticed some areas were missed, they came back and touched them up without any hassle. They were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

From the first phone call for a quote for our commercial property they were polite, professional and helpful. They cleaned 34 vent, 6 furnaces, 4 rooftop vents and 14 heating vents that required a lift. They were near perfect to their quote and on time. Work was completed fast and efficient. Great company, I highly recommend them.

The team was fast and did a good job. Sadly when tipping a chair to put the foam blocks under the feet they didn’t realize (I assume) that they damaged the wall with the big decorative button nails on the back. I was able to fix the problem but did need to buy a quart of paint to cover the drywall filler .

Josh was amazing!! He was professional, and on time and did a great job. He was able to trouble shoot an issue I had with my dryer vent and was able to suggest necessary steps to move forward and get the issue resolved. Very happy with this service and company. Would highly reccomend!!
