Plexpack is an incredible company, which takes real pride in what it does. They make some of the best machinery in their industry and really genuinely care about their customers.

Purchased two brand new Damark machines from Plexpack 3 years ago off Matt. Bundler is great and rarely gives trouble, heat tunnel is constantly needing replacement parts. Main drive motor replaced twice and replaced all heating coils multiple times, which is a complete pain to get too, have to rip the whole unit apart. Try to get replacement parts from this company is next to impossible. They never answer their phones and always goes to voicemail. Three voicemails left for one parts rep, never called back (over a month ago). Left a vm for another parts rep. begging for a call back..... still waiting.... Would never purchased from this company if I knew the customer service would be this bad. Matt was great to buy from but not sure if he's there anymore. Christine was okay for parts (at least she called back), but no longer there. Since she left this company has been a black hole for calling back/service.
