this school doesn't even deserve a 1 star if I could give negative I would... Threats, breach of confidentiality, no communication, lack of human compassion. The professors which I hesitate to call them that as it takes away from the respect as a profession think they are better then the students. This school is only after your money stay away!!!!!

I did the PN program here, online anytime. I started in 2019 and was projecting to be finished in late 2021. I just graduated now. I got waitlisted for classes repeatedly because the PN program was just grossly over capacity for the amount of seats in the classes. It is a good program, I learned a lot of valuable skills and my clinical instructors were absolutely fantastic. But I got little to no assistance from instructors being online anytime which is to be expected. If anything, I would have students project their expected course load per semester upon entering the program, and not overload the program with students. If there is 1000 students in year one and only 750 seats for the classes you’re offering, you shouldn’t have 1000 students. This should not be a competitive program while you’re in it, only when you apply. I could have done my RN degree in the time and energy I’ve put into becoming an LPN. I think the main problem is the sheer amount of PN students. Make it more competitive to get in and listen to your students. Our town hall meeting for the program felt arbitrary and unfulfilling. As an alumni I find myself assisting the new online students more than the actual college does. Please, reduce the amount of students per cohort. Please, listen to your online students, and if you do want to expand the program, it needs to branch out to other cities/towns like Whitecourt to allow distance students to attend clinical settings without being held back whole academic years due to lack of seats.

This school will scam you by telling you that you need to pay $900 in late fees which you have already paid months ago. They will then deny any proof of payment that you show until their bluff has been called. Outrageously greedy school looking to find a way to make money off students who would have been scared and paid it.

I have completed my 2 years diploma program here. First of all i love the college they have the best instructors classes with well equipped technology ,cafe ,clean washrooms etc. there should be huge change in the administration services there are very rude administrators no respect to anyone no proper customer service i feel like they are racially biased as me and my friend went to office for same purpose she was treated with a smile and i was next to her and i can feel the agitation with me why she would do this to me ??just because I’m international student and she is white Like what it takes to be a good human i feel disturbed after this incident i don’t feel good and comfortable about myself anymore especially in a place were our parents spent thousands of dollars for getting good education but in reality they are lacking in basic morals ,huge disappointment i wont recommend this place for international students.

Incredibly frustrating dealing with anyone from this institution. No one seems to have any answers, they will transfer you from department to department always oh well I'm not really sure about that". They will repeat the same thing over and over again

Let this place be the last choice for you, they are unorganized, slowly proceed, unprofessional, and what they care is only getting money from new students. If you wish to have a bright future please go to NAIT or Bow Valley college instead.

Pathetic customer service i have paid my tution before due date and as per the condition of offer letter i have sent my transcript and it was delivered on 8 May but, i don't get any response from their addmission team in this regards. Moreover, they didn't issued my acceptance letter till now . So, i suggest all international students to maintain distance from this college. if you don't do so you will going to fall in trap like me . Will result in time wastage as well as delay in visa application procedure.I think you will take suitable action to fasten your poor customer service support.

Honestly, I’ve had a great experience at this college. The applying process is super simple and easy with my high school transcript. My program AP has allowed me to learn such valuable skills like accounting, excel, communication, relationships, etc. Signing up for courses is easy as well as the tuition cost is reasonable, however doubled for international students as usual. Teachers have always been friendly and happy to help, same with the students. I’ve made good memories here and made great friends too! The overall atmosphere of this place is a warm feeling, the school isn’t the biggest but it has all the resources and accommodations such as computer lab, private rooms, library, bathrooms, etc, needed. There is also a Pizza 73, Subway, and Tim Hortons here too.

Not impressed at all. I applied for academic upgrading and they said my marks were all good to move forward w the program. Two days later I get an email saying my math isn't sufficient. Clearly they don't read transcripts thoroughly so I can only imagine how the rest of their programs are run. Huge red flag there.
