Beton Unique

Since Beton Unique was absorbed in DLC, snow removal service has been really bad. This is the last year I use them:(

I am completely unimpressed. Poor service. I and 4 of my neighbors plan to switch next year.

I have only dealt with their residential snow removal service in beaconsfield, but this is my 9th year as a loyal customer and I can honestly say I have never even considered switching companies. These guys do great work at an honest price, and the one time they messed up in 9 years they took full responsibility. I would recommend them to anyone

They have been good, but recently they have not. There is a mound of ice and snow in front of the garage and front door making it hard to get in and out. All they did was throw dirt on it.

When Beton Unique was absorbed into DLC along with several other snow removal companies, they started to go downhill in the first year, and then fell off the precipice thereafter. They have a poor service particularly if you chose to pay big and have them responsible for your walkway. Phone calls are ignored, emails also until they are ready and you have probably tried more than once, and the reply provides an apology and a promise. The first is insincere, the second is there to be broken. Try to find a different company. One not controlled by DLC Green Team (or Snow Team). There is a great business opportunity here for a good service provider to move in and mop up the dissatisfied customer base.

Used Beton Unique after having seen their product for years around the West Island. Didn't want uni-stone or asphalt and found the exposed aggregate to match the look of my house very well.Anything I questioned was promptly addressed. The little extras Beton Unique and their people did for me made a big difference to the overall look.Certainly the management of Beton Unique are true to their word, and can be trusted with your project.

We have enjoyed 12 years of fantastic service. Unfortunately this year things took a drastic turn and the service is poor and communication seems to fall on deaf ears. The majority of people on our street use them but many are shopping around for next winter.......sad.

I have been using them for snow removal for the past 4 years in Beaconsfield and very satisfied with their service.

Horrible snow removal! BEWARE, NEW OWNERS, they also own PERTERSON, DLC and GRIZZLY! No matter which one you hire, IT'S THE SAME COMPANY. They come too late in the morning, after we leave for work. Then they don't come THE ENTIRE DAY. Always come home to a driveway full of snow. Called multiple times today, to only leave messages with a machine. Not impressed, or even slightly satisfied.

They took over snow clearing for BSSR in our area and the service has suffered significantly. Unless they turn things around for the remainder of the season, we won't be renewing and neither will most people on our street.
