I have to say these gentlemen are amazing. My husband sent me with a very vague list.. These gentlemen went above and beyond to help me out after hours even when i needed additional materials as there wasnt quite enough. i can not say enough great things about my experience with this store and the management. Never thought i would be so happy with a bolt shopping experience :)

Walked in today with nothing but a sheared bolt from my recliner and a vague, awkward description of the hinge it had sheared from, and Jeff goes above and beyond helping me figure out how to repair my recliner. (I spent most of the day calling furniture specialists who said to give up, until one of them referred me to this store).My experience at this location was very speedy, kind, and happy to help!

I went in looking for a specialty bolt and the gentleman at the counter almost immediately said they didn’t carry it and sent me on my way..
