Just happened upon this courier company yesterday when we suddenly had to send a package from Woodbridge to downtown TO very quickly. Our account was super easy to set up and in no time I had my first order placed. And as soon as my account was set up, someone called to confirm my details. So far, very happy with this company and will recommend.

I'm so glad I found this company a few years back; they are first rate. Prices make me very happy as a self-employed artist. They understand how to handle large items like art, they're courteous and prompt. What more could one ask from a courier company? Did you notice their prices are attractive?

literally the BEST courier company in the GTA. Look into it yourself, they have the best rates in the city and genuinely care about your parcels. I have been using them non stop for 3 years and have never had an issue. the dispatchers are always on point and the actual couriers care about the parcels they deliver. I would highly recommend 1courier to anyone who needs a good, reliable parcel delivery service.

Fair pricing, but delivery agents don't read delivery instructions. When I brought this issue to the attention of the company, they said the delivery agents are not required to read delivery instructions left by the customer. That means they could place your package anywhere they want and your packages could be lost/stolen. Ridiculous. Avoid this company.

Used them for a delivery of a large piece to my condo. Very fair pricing, excellent communication and overall great service. Vimesh was amazing to deal with, and delivery driver Praba was great as well would definitely recommend.

I have been using 1 courier’s service for a while and I must say it’s has been a great find. It’s so easy to schedule pickups and the drivers are reliable and deliver in a good time and in perfect condition. Amazing services and great prices. Looking forward to more deliveries.

Delivered wrong cake meant for someone else, we picked up the cake, placed in the fridge, as we had to step out to meet some friends. Later, the person called and had the audacity to blame us for NOT checking the order. Couriers have one job, that is to deliver. It is not up to the customer to check! He is lucky we didnt touch the cake and was able to return/exchange, but do not blame the customer for your failings. We were perfectly fine with the mistake being made, but getting Blamed for it?? Nah.
