DHL (Loomis) Express

They sure hold strong to their reputation. 6 days my package tracking has said “on truck for delivery”. You can’t call to ask about it because nobody answers the phone, you can’t leave a voice because their mailbox is full. If you go there they say “it will be delivered today” but it never shows up. Worst service ever!

I just thought I’d leave a positive comment regarding this company. Twice now I have ordered from a company in Ontario and they have used Canpar for the shipping company, dhl (loomis) in Saskatoon. Both times I have ordered I’ve been given the date and time of pick up and the current location of my orders. I always have received them on time and in excellent condition. First time I was at home, second time was today but I was working. The item was left on my porch like I asked for and within a few minutes of being delivered I received a message from Canpar say “delivered successfully”. These guys in my mind are wonderful and would recommend for any of your shipping needs.

My package arrived and they lost it in their warehouse. No surprise, as it was chaos when I went in there. I’ve called several times, nobody picks up the phone or checks the messages on their voicemail. If I had to choose, I would not use DHL or Loomis again!

DO NOT trust DHL with your shipments! They lost our pallet couldn't give us any information as to where it was and still charged us an arm and a leg only for me to figure out what went wrong in the end. You'd be better of walking your shipments to their destinations.

When they finally brought the parcel to my home they stopped outside my house on 3 separate occasions but didn't bother to actually come to the door with the package and simply drove away. When we have to drive 45 mins to the depot it took them 30 mins to find the package which turned out to only be one of two boxes. Avoid whenever possible

A couple of years ago I had a bad experience with Loomis here in Saskatoon and determined to avoid them at all costs. Last month I ordered a package which was shipped by DHL only for it to reach the city and sit undelivered without any update for weeks. I followed up with DHL to find out they handed my package to a third-party courier for delivery. Guess who that third party was? Loomis...Avoid at all costs. It's a travesty that they are still in business.

The worst company ever. A slip was left at our door and the driver didn't even knock (we were home) and then when I called to pick up the lady told me to check updates on the site. It says its on hold but yet I cant get it. The lady was rude and unhelpful over and over. This is the 3rd time we have had an item from this company and each time its a utter nightmare. New training for employees should be required. My husband and I are very frustrated

Every time my package goes through this location I should be reimbursed my shipping cost. How a group of people can be so bad at their jobs and still be so rude and ignorant is beyond me.

Terrible courier they should be shut down by the better business bureau. They never try to deliver a package especially in small rural towns, they don't even bother to drive into said town. But yet still tell you they attempted delivery. When you call head office, no one can speak fluent English, it's incredibly hard to figure out what they're even talking about. I buy off Amazon and there have been a few sellers that have used DHL, I had no recollection of this until it was too late or I wouldn't have even ordered from that seller

They keep loosing my fricken packages. I have had a few packages that I never ended up receiving… i think they just keep some of the parcels. Shady company. Hundreds upon hundreds of $$ missing. They never reimburse either.. would give negative stars
