Very reasonable pricing compared to others and fast service

Good friendly service. The owner Joe came and pumped out my tank today. I've used them several times before.Done a very thorough job of cleaning my tank out and at a very reasonable price.

My Yard is Trashed from them driving all over it. I'm going to small claims court if it's not fixed soon. IT Looks Bad. Rude an just bad service.

Very friendly and have come on short notice on numerous occasions for last minute driveway clearing after major storms and urgent septic pumping after flooding.

I called Jeffery's one month ago and was told it was a busy time of year, which I completely understood, and they would try to get to my place within the next week to clean out my septic tank. One week passed and no service. I called again and was told I was on their list and they were down a driver, but would get to me asap. Three weeks later, still no truck. I called again and asked if they were coming or not. Again I was told it was a busy time of year and they were down a driver, but would try to get to me within the next week. I heard that line 3 weeks ago!!! One month later, still no service. I called a different company from Stonewall and within 24 hours, my tank was cleaned and the service was excellent. Needless to say, Jeffery's is absolutely brutal. (The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because the system does not allow you to give zero stars!!)

Terrible, they are under contract to pump our tank. They park across my front yard to access the tank. They leave hoses in as they pull away. My vehicles and yard are covered in brown stains from the service. I will be reporting them to environmental services.

Horrible experience. We have regular septic service every two weeks. The current driver in truck 45 while servicing our holding tank - decided it was ok to urinate on the side of our house which is beside our young daughters window. I’ve sent in complaints with no responses. Environmental services? Yet urinates right in our lawn and exposes himself? Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend
