its an amazing place to get things engraved also k bought a custom phone case from them and the quality was amazing and customer service was amazing as well. Its a nice place to buy guft and get engraved.

They really have best engraving machine. I had it on pen(Bought from their shop itself) It was engraved fantastically. Loved it and will recomend to shop from here.

I came in to get a deign printed on a hoodie, nothing crazy, and provided the sweater. I was not told the price I just tapped my card thinking it would be about 30, the typical prining price. I saw later on in my bank it was 70$ for the design! I went back and asked for a refund and he moved a pile of papers and clip board from the counter and said it says right here ma am no refunds. I said I was not told that and it was covered. Be then said he could give 10$ off. I said no and he said okay what will you pay then. At this point I was getting fed up and texted my bf to come on. He tried giving me the refund he said it worked and he didn't. Then when my bf got there he did it again and it actually worked. I won't be back they are trying to scam and charge alot for something a small business could do

It was an awesome experience, as I got a gift engraved for someone and it came out amazing. however the customer service was fantastic.

Do not give your business to this place!! Awful work!! They engraved my beer mug completely off to the side instead of front and centre and then said that’s how the machine works. I said absolutely not and had them redo it. The redo work is completely sloppy and embarrassing to give as a gift. I asked for a refund and after a 10 minute fight they gave me half back. Do not go here. Use a local business or Etsy if needed. The staff are not trained. Look on their Facebook page and their work looks great, but in reality they claim they can’t make nice lines with a thick font and didn’t bother to tell me in advance (even though on their fb page the thick font looks great!)

We had wine glasses done just recently, and I was very disappointed on the finished product the letters were thick and did not look professional, when my husband brought them home to give to my son and daughter-in-law as a wedding gift for their special day... I feel badly, as the display glasses in the store looked so professional and nice I thought our glasses would be done just as good, but they were not.
