Very great customer service! My package couldn’t be delivered on the estimated date due to poor weather conditions. The team apologized, explained the circumstances, and was open to any further concerns. So rare to get this type of service when online shopping these days! So amazing, thanks Maricel :)

Had ordered off Temu and received a notice that the delivery person was unable to deliver my package and that a delivery notice card was left, however there was no notice card left anywhere. Now I can't get my package till I get that notice card. This is the second time I've had issues where I've had to go to the post office to pick up my package. Not impressed!

I had applied for a job as a courier driver, and received a phone call for an interview from the the most unprofessional individual ever. Seemed like a racist Karen. Not giving me a chance to speak and hanging up 10 seconds into the call on me as I had politely said pardon I didn’t hear what you stated when she hangs up the phone on me saying I’m not cut for the position very professional!!

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Maricel who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I had sent a return since mid June with no update and dealing with PLTs CS Reps is deplorable. But Maricel was able to rectify everything in one call and provide what I needed, she did what Canada Post and PLT could not do. She was extremely patient, friendly, personable and informative! I now know what steps I need to take in future. I am blown away by her service! Thank you Maricel you’re 1 in a million service made my day!

Great friendly staff. My coat that cost $90 is lost. My tracking number says it was delivered to Citilogistics. The store I bought it from says they haven't received it either. So it has be be at Citilogistics. I was told someone would call me Monday and it's Friday, no one has called.I bought my coat November 12th 2022. The coat arrived at Citilogistics on December 12th 2022 and it is now January 27th 2023. I'm very worried to say the least.
