Drake Smith, I hope you find my review. I had a nice young man help me with my order, I had a tasty burger. Do you live to give negative feedback? Now everyone has a different experience, and I’m not doubting yours. I live in this area, I go to McDonald’s at least once a week and can promise you they are not better or worse. I believe that expectation is high and I’m sure that if I came to your place of employment you might have some colleagues that don appreciate your work ethic and for you to criticize teenagers is pretty low. I’m sure you don’t have kids & you don’t care about other peoples feelings. Who gives a one star review? Jerks!

Big Smoke Burger
Great portion sizes and great smoke flavour on the patty from the grill. I had the mushroom and Swiss burger, but the bbq sauce on the bottom over powered everything. I also wanted my patty to be a little more on the medium side but got something more well done. I’d probably try another burger, but this one wasn’t it

Big Smoke Burger
Good burgers! I got the pulled pork burger and it was really good. The pork was really tender and saucy. Great customer service too - the cashier who served me offered me a free cup of water as I had made a mistake and almost grabbed someone else’s drink because the other guest and I had the same name. He definitely didn’t need to do that as it was my bad, but I was very appreciative of his hospitality!

Well done . These guys know how to deal with crowds . Fast/ food was still great. Love stopping in here for a burger. Line up was around 10 or 15 deep and they got it done fast. Always stop here.****edit******. To my original review.My son and I went here last Night and it was a terrible experience. So much so I'm not sure if we will go back TBH. Service was terrible!!! Very rude, order Took forever and I couldn't understand a word, toppings seemed smaller as did the party. It was a good run but, at 36.00$ for 2 cheese Combos that doesn't cut it. Shame really.

I order two of the cheese burgers and when I opened my food to eat there was no cheese on the burgers. How does that even make sense. Had I not done takeout I would have complained in store. I will not be coming here again.

The guy that served me didn't seem to have any customer service. But I really wanted a nice burger.I don't think my burger had enough avocado in it...Would I come back here again?No.

If I could rate this burger place I rate it zero stars slow service rude employees dirty tables inside the restaurant and not to mention this poor excuse for a burger McDonald’s does a better job for way less money your company should be ashamed of the word burger in your name. The people who work there obviously don’t care about the quality of the food they make. You guys should be embarrassed of what a trash burger company you are. MC DONALDS TASTE BETTER, CHEAPER, ALL AROUND BETTER THEN YOUR COMPANY

I got the bacon poutine and I have to say one of the best poutines I have ever had, was served fast and very fresh proportions were perfect with gravy cheese and bacon. Was cooked to perfection and the taste is amazing. My boyfriend got the buffalo chicken sandwich said it was delicious ma done of his favorites he’s had coming back for sure

My second time to a big smoke and both times have been positive! This time it was at the outlet collection niagara locationOrdered the beast and nice thick patty and so juicy too! A definite burger joint that makes awesome final productI did hear that someone else had a cold bun, but other than that, very nicely doneService was decent and they were very efficient in terms of getting all the orders out.
