My experience dealing with August Mazda was amazing, in particular with Thomas.I booked the car just on call all the way from Vancouver and Thomas was kind enough to be patient, answer all my queries and arrange the car I was looking for.Thomas is an amazing person with a very positive attitude who goes that extra mile to help his clients.The store itself is designed keeping in mind the wine capital of Canada with barrels being used as tables, staff working in smart casuals, etc.I am having an amazing experience with my purchase and I highly recommend both, Thomas and August Mazda for your next purchase.

I have to say - I absolutely enjoyed my experience with August Mazda. I like to take my time with big purchasing decisions, and it was clear that they were not there to pressure me to buy - but to support whatever choice I ended up making (whether buying with them or not). It's clear they have an incredible team environment, and they honestly treated me like a member of the family from start to finish. They were patient with my questions, and just as excited as I was to see me driving off the lot with a great used vehicle in top condition, for a great price. I'd say, even if you're not in the market for Mazda (I purchased a Subaru forester off the lot) to check out what they have--the service experience was well worth checking it out (and the free coffee was EXCELLENT). Pretty disappointed how Mazda dealership treated my elderly parents. They bought a new car from them, and they bring it in for regular servicing. They phoned in to get a broken door trim part, Mazda phoned them to bring in the car because they received the part and when my mother brought her car in from Peachland and a salesman just brushed her off because the wrong part was sent in.(they should have checked before calling, but took no responsibility).When reordered my dad brought the car in from Peachland for them to only give them a $7 discount and car wash. (I would thought that a free service oil change would have gone a long way).I know that I'm not going to by my car from them. Please point me to the Toyota Dealership!

Throughout the entire process, I felt like they truly cared about my satisfaction and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. This is the first time I am owning a car in my life. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. The financing options/add-ons/warranties could be more transparent and explanatory, but the staffs are doing a great job listening to your opinions. There is no hidden fees. I am lucky to have the most beautiful and fun car and the most trustworthy and reliable dealership in the town.

I had the most incredible experience here in July 2021. I was on the hunt to upgrade to a reliable and cute car that was a good family sized car without being too large. After trying and failing to have my needs met at many other dealerships I am so thankful to have come across August Mazda. When I arrived I was just sort of window shopping and had many questions. My boyfriend and I arrived in the late afternoon and Doug C approached us and spent a while (even though they were about to close) giving us a tour and explaining the process and helping me explore my options that they had to offer; I left with many questions answered, lots of papers and feeling pretty good but without a car. About a week later I made a decision in the early morning to purchase the vehicle, the whole team was so efficient in having the vehicle ready to go and all the paperwork done when I arrived in the afternoon! The service here was truly incredible and I highly recommend starting your search here. Since July 2021 I have consistently come back for servicing which has also been easy and straightforward!
