Arranged a site visit to fix electrical safety issue identified by an inspector. Did not show despite leaving entire day open for visit. Arranged for a specific time on a later day. Did not show again and then ghosted us. Based on another review, multiple no-shows seems like a pattern for this business.

We contacted this business and we were given two dates when they would be at our home to do work. They didn't show up. They eventually called us and gave us a probable date and a promise that if they didn't make the first date they would definitely be at our home on the second. Again, they didn't show up and they didn't call. Based on our experience, we could not recommend this business.

They installed new LED lights in my garage, 9 new pots lights in my remodeled kitchen. They were professional, time efficient and knowledgeable on all aspects of my electrical inquires. They will be rewiring my basement in the near future.
