The young gentleman working there was super helpful and very nice despite me not knowing what was needed money wise for their washers or dryers. He kindly explained what money I needed for each and helped me change $20 into coins. Clothes could be dropped off for service or done yourself. Highly recommend this location!

The owner Maria is amazing !! This is just around the corner from our house and oh my gosh - how grateful I am !She altered my wedding dress, my Halloween costume, and she somehow always manages to get the stains out of my clothes ! She’s incredible !! So sweet ! So reasonably priced ! Highly recommend

The most expensive laundry place and yet the most rude owner or worker on west end/kitsilano area. Unless you are a trust fund baby you'll like this area. It's got all the trimmings of a wanna be Hollywood or Venice Beach. People are so rude. SHOULD BE CALLED PRIVILEGE WHITE BEACH.Also some thinks they're Caucasian where it's obvious they /Owner is Asian decent like myself.Wake up Vancouver!!!! This is not the Canada that I've grown and loved half, pretty much a third of my life. Disappointing and sad. Oh well. Peace.

Very happy repeat customer! I've used the wash & fold service as well as dry cleaning here and I've had only great experiences. The other day I brought in a suit and shirt for dry cleaning and the owner, in addition to dry cleaning it, spot treated the shirt at the collar because it had become yellowed. The shirt looks great now and I really appreciated that she went the extra mile even though I hadn't mentioned the collar or anything when I dropped the items off. Love that it's family owned as well!

I’m glad I have Kits Coin Laundry in my neighborhood. Usually workers are friendly and always helpful. Great backup delivery location for UPS. It’s a bit old inside and I wish I could use them as a designated delivery address for more packages.
