I gave the secretary notice that I'll be picking up my child at 1130 today. She said call then cause she'll forget. . . . This school always forgets. We need new and polite secretaries.

I credit the staff at this school for literally helping me to turn my whole life around. They gave me a fresh start and told me if I was willing to put in the work, they would be there every step of the way to help me. After receiving my report card, I was called to the principals office, thought to myself Yikes! Now what?" Principal had just callled a teachers staff meeting. When teachers came into his office

Trust me this school is not even that bad it's just the students who ruined it.I went to this school for just a year and I loved it. the teachers are so nice and they care alot about the students

I wish I could go lower then 1 star. Most of the staff don't even care about the students, ignore when they are being bullied VERY harshly and get upset with poor attendance once it gets hard to even get out of bed for this school. There are huge incidents that go unreported and you have to hear about them thorough the grape vine. If by chance they are reported the staff do nothing to aid the students in what was a scarry even and just send them back to class as if nothing happend. On top of that there is a big substance use problem, and slurs being used agenst groups of minorities. If you want your child yo be alive, mentaly stable and pass middle school do not send them here. they will be neglected unless they are smart, outgoing and athletic.-sincerely a past student (2016-2019)

This school is actually not as bad as most reviews put it off to be. I was a part of the band program here all three years and the program has decent support and funding, the teacher on the other hand can be quite insensitive and rude depending on the students. The shop offers lots of choice for projects and the teacher is pretty decent. Mainly the teachers are really great aside from a few outliers (not going to name them you should be able to figure out yourself.) The hallways can get a little cramped and chaotic during class changes but they never get too out of hand. One of the best parts about this school is the school spirit (even if it does get annoying) there are several events throughout the year that really set this school apart (eg. The dances, 30-hour Famine, Dance-a-Thon, Grade 9 Farewell, activity day, Carnival, The 2 concerts, the play). I've had a wonder-ish experience during my three years here and would be a very different person if I didn't go here. I wouldn't recommend this school, but you definitely won't be upset if you end up going here.

This school isn't even horrible; it's the kids who have ruined it. All teachers will like you if you do what you're supposed to do with genuine effort. Especially the gym teachers, they genuinely care about their kids and show it. To be honest, the students have become so disrespectful that they don't seem to care. That is true for some individuals, but they cast a pall on the others.

Went to this school for all three years. It’s honestly a good school besides the kids. The teachers are nice if you actually get your work done instead of fooling around. There is also a lot of thots. L+ratio

I wish this review was better. Teach your kids not to push people off the sidewalk.
