We tried multiple times to use the app and schedule a trip from the marina to downtown. We didn't get it to work so we called and got the bus to come. It is reasonable price if you can get it scheduled. On the return trip, the app wouldn't work so we called. They said it would be over an hour wait so we told them to cancel the trip. Calling a regular cab had us back to the marina in minutes with only $2 more than the bus would have charged. When we gotback we saw that they had charged us for the canceled trip.

Emailed them about 2-3x for a quote, left a message with the manager on the phone and never received any correspondence back. I ended up booking with another company. Very disappointing since I was recommended to contact them from a few different people.
