I got a pretty good rate exchanging 250 EUR cash to CAD. They effectively charged about 1.6% for this. Early today I was almost ripped off by Interchange Financial Currency Exchange who tried to charge me about 4% with their misleading webpage only stating about 1.5% (which doesn't apply for cash exchanges)

Terrible service. OK rates.The agent had very little patience for my questions and when I nicely asked for a confirmation to ensure the total was correct, he was very rude suggesting that I didn’t trust him. I was surprised at how rude he was.The rates for less common currencies were about 11% more than the online rates. The rate for USD was good.Don’t think I’ll come back here after the service I received, regardless of the rates or convenience.
