I had a Very BAD experience with this clinic. This clinic’s behavior toward their patients is EXTERMERLY UNPROFESSIONAL, and simply Wrong.They do Not care for their patients.I wish I never went to this clinic.*** Their respond is FALSE . They refused to give a appointment for complication after a proccedure. They did NOT refund any money .They said in email that they had sent a check/ refunded patient’s monies. They did NOt. That was lie too. They offered to refund , only because they did Not want to deal with the complication.PLEASE BE AWARE: If a complication happens after supposedly a very safe, they do not respond.They reject their patients.Twice, I had requested for a follow up appointment , due to unexpected pain/complication after the procedure, to ask my questions about the procedure from the doctor who had performed it. I wanted to ask him that why I had this much of pain after the proccedure. I had never experienced this pain before the procedure. What had happened during the procedure? I though since he had done the proccedure , he could get some answers. He can help me with his experiences.It’s been Very distressful dealing with this clinic. Sending back and forth emails to this clinic for afollow up appointment for more than four weeks. They refused. it seems they do not read my/the patient’s emails. they only repeat their own fixed few lines responses.They have no courtesy and do not carefor their patients.Furthermore, I did Not ask for my money back. I only asked for an appointment. As simple as that. They sent an email that they had sent a check/refunded my money. They did Not.I wish I never ever went to this place.I called this clinic after complication twice. I stopped to call them because it was pointless. It very stressful and pointless to speak with them. I only sent them emails to request a follow up appoitment. The CEO responded to only two emails, Very short few lines respond that they could not do anything! It seems he has not even read my/patient’s emails. They refused to give an appointment to a patient suffering from unexpected pain after the procedure.It's been tremendously distressful and frustrating to deal with this clinic.

The best place to go for my MRIs. Everyone is very kind, helpful and put me at ease. It's a clean, safe and easy process.

Friendly and Professional Staff, prompt and on time for my appointment. Results emailed directly with 2 days of the MRI scan. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone needing prompt access to imaging.

I've had 5 MRI's (1 with contrast) done in the last 18 months with CMI and although it's a 1 hour commute for me, I wont go anywhere else. CMI is outstanding from their efficiency to quality to customer service. Toni is who I have dealt with for bookings and she is excellent. The technicians are patient, understanding and well trained in procedure and process so they can easily answer the million questions I have. The radiologists are thorough and responsive. I've had several specialists review my images and comment on how excellent the imaging is. I feel safe and comfortable everytime I go. Thank you for building such a great team to offer this outstanding service.
