I would not recommend you this location as your dentist office. I had very bed experience the doctor did filling on a healthy tooth, I am very disappointed. There is no point to complain to manager since he can not return me my tooth, the woman did filling and showed me how she is done greatly, she shaped front tooth so terrible and expected me to be happy with it instead with my healthy tooth, she did opposite side of tooth, under anesthesia I could not feel which side she is doing, now I have two fillings in tooth instead of one, she did not have time to do probably the right side as I let them know that I would like to do x-ray to be 100 % sure, that the tooth has cavity. I took pictures at home and they took x-rya before she did filling, they can easily see what happened.

I really like this dental office. I started going there a year ago. I have always had a fear of dentists the dentist at Lackner woods made me feel so comfortable I totally relaxed while she did fillings. This needs 10 stars but we only get 5 to give them.

High quality experience. As a new patient my initial visit was great. My hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thorough with my cleaning. The dentist was awesome and explained any and all findings to me in clear and plain language which I appreciated. Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.

My 4 year old had the best experience for his first time. He loved it and can’t wait to go backThank u for making the experience easy and comfortable for him.

Just had an implant base installed. Great teamwork by Dr Chacko and Tatiana. Made me feel comfortable and safe. This practice has provided me with great dental service for the past ten years and cannot recommend highly enough. Great job guys.

Worst service ever just because of the way the receptionist talks to you. They think the patients are dumb and don’t know what they are talking about.In the initial visit i was told that i needed a tooth extraction which was scheduled for the following week, but when i went for the extraction they suggested i get a graft done as well and asked if I had insurance coverage. I was told they would send the estimate to my insurer on my behalf and sent me back without the procedure which a waste of my time. They re-scheduled the tooth extraction however, an estimate was not submitted till i called them a week later for checking the status on my insurance estimate . When i asked why there was a delay, the receptionist talked rudely to me, acting as if we requested the treatment for free.I ended up cancelling my appointment eventually and to that she laughed at my back while i was exiting.Wonder what level of patient satisfaction they want to achieve.Also, they do not value their patient’s time.

My hygienist has a wonderful, calming presence and he took extra, extra effort to help me stay calm, and not get stressed. Dentist was very nice too.
