So impressed with the professional service we received from Vancouver Banner and with the quality of the products! We ordered a some trade show pop-up banners and Vancouver Banner had them completed and delivered on a very tight timeline. The graphics turned out beautifully. Will definitely be calling them again next time. Highly recommend!

I came across Vancouver Banner while doing research for a kiosk banner to use for a work project. The Retractable Black Banner was a fair price and Will had patiently answered all my questions. When the banner accidentally ripped while we were learning to handle it, Will kindly offered to replace it within 24 hours, free of charge and show me how to handle it for future reference. I would recommend Vancouver Banner due to its stellar customer service.

Will provided excellent customer service! He came by to pick up my exsisting banner, installed the new graphic, and dropped it back off when it was done - all without charging additional fees.Will also made sure I was happy with the finished product by showing it to us and sending a follow up email.Would 100% order from again!

I had stumbles across them online after looking for some vinyl decals, but i had then changed my mine to go and get a banner printed. Something not to large, they did it in such a fast time as well as with such good quality! The night was snowy, so i was unable to get the banner but in the end Will, had shoveled the walk way as he was concerned about my safety. Going the extra mile for customers Thank you once again for such great service and concern for my safety as well!
