Its a well kept up and respectable park to live in if you are thinking of living there its great place to either start out with or down size too.

I have been resident for over 13 years. Would not recommend moving into the park. Constant water main breaks and water shut offs. Damage to my home because of three years of flooding around my house because of the water main breaks. Maintenance is poorly done.

Well for the most part it's a very nice trailer park just have to weed out the RATS from there also any units for rent in the trailer park let me know please.

Great slow pace place to live. No curbs or sidewalks,yesssss. Nice folks, mostly retired me thinks. Yard waste guys are great. Our darling girls in the office, mowed landscapes, flora and fauna. Very nice no bad decision here. Very happy.
