Dairy Queen (Treat)

It seems like they don't care anymore. The fries tasted like they were fried in old oil tasted. The management treating the staff so poorly

The other locations serve way more sauce and ice cream than these guys do. Other than that it’s Dairy Queen

A reasonably clean and very efficient DQ that does the typical DQ stuff very well with parking close by

We ordered two cookie dough blizzards and they provided with jellybeans but jellybean’s taste was like you were eating plastic.

Worst hospitality worst customer service ever seen. These guys don’t know how to talk. Will never visit this location again. And i strongly suggest everyone not to visit this place. If you ever want to spoil your mood before having sweet dish this can be the perfect spot for that.

I have been ordering birthday cakes from DG Bolton for 13 years now. Im so impressed with our cake this year, they got very creative with different colours to match the image we provided. Very happy!

Ordered 4 items, 3 out of 4 had no flavour it seemed like the just overdid the vanilla ice cream and did not add any toppings or sauce. Extremely disappointed as this was our favourite Dairy Queen.Went back to let them know and they told us because we went outside (right outside on the bench) they could not do anything about it….. not sure who has the time to try everything inside a small Crowded store when your with a family of 4 before you leave to “ensure” what you pay for is actually what your getting.

I always get blizzards and birthday cakes from this location. Great staff. Keep the place very tidy. This is my always go to DQ location. Keep up the good work.

I ordered 2 blizzards and the woman who served me flipped one and then didn’t flip the second one. I spoke up and the person I’m assuming to be the manager said that the next time I return I will get a free blizzard and I said okay no problem because I Visit this Dairy Queen regularly. I just showed up for my free blizzard a few days later and the same “manager” said he spoke with the woman and because 2 blizzards were served on one order that she only technically had to flip one and will be going back on his word and not serving me the free blizzard I was promised.I used to come to this Dairy Queen with my son 1-2 times a week especially in the summer time and I will now never be returning here. What an absolute disgrace for you to give someone your word and then go back on it. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.**update**The manager did get a hold of me and we resolved everything. Really appreciate him upholding his word!
