I have been going to Gallery Spa for 4-5 years, started from the New West location and then Port Moody. I live in Vancouver, and have gone to many of the 'high-end' lash studios DT however they are not half as good in quality as Gallery Spa! The drive is worth it, especially for my girl SUE. She is THE BEST. So kind, and caring. this lash studio has gone over and above with their covid safety protocols. Being someone who has gotten lashes for several years , the health of my natural lashes have remained (the best they can for weak Asian lashes).

I am a long time client of the new west location and i am more then happy to come from surrey and continue doing buisness with them at there new port moody location. Best lashes ive ever had. I get russian volume. They last any where from 3 to 4 weeks depending on your set. More lashes means longer time inbetween fills. I generally spend 80- 120 $ once a month on fills. I find them very resonable price wise for the quality of work they do.I generally see chistine but all techs are trained by the talented owner and give consistent quality sets.

I left reviewing for a week just to see the results… my eyelashes are still like they were put on yesterday… the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing! Ellie was just amazing and so talented (as I am sure the other girls are to, I wouldn’t hesitate to use any of them if Ellie was not able to fit me in for a fill!) I will for sure be coming back and recommending them for lashes!

Although the staff was friendly, unfortunately i had a very bad experience. I have done my lashes several times now, but its the first time that my eyes burn from them. I don’t know what it is but I have never had such a reaction. The girl who applied them clumped them all on one side so they looked so weird. No one believed i did a full set.

I started going probably back in August to get my lashes done and has been going back since. I love Sue she is absolutely amazing. The place is clean and has ensured the safety of its clients, then top it off by great service. I won't go anywhere else but gallery the spa.

Gallery is the best place for extensions! My lashes last 2x as long as other places and it costs less, is clean and a comfy experience. I even may have fallen asleep.. I used to go to their new west location and recently went to port moody and it’s worth the easy skytrain ride to the beautiful new location. Highly recommend gallery for lashes!
