Worst place , food , stuff and costumer service.0 stars and below. We went there with my family and kids just knowing the quanlity standards of Wendy's was quite nice. First, We were surprised by the dirty family washroom and then the trays given to us was dirty also.Plus when my husband was asking them about some items in the menu they start looking at him like if is asking a lot from them.And finally when he was putting the drinks the machine made a big mess and the Fanta was splashed on all his clothes and shoes.And instead of bringing him something to clean himself and see what they can do, all the stuff there was rude and a women that she said she is the manager, she was super unprofessional and has the bad customer service in her way of speaking and how to deal with these situations.She was angry and throw the cup in front of us in a bad way because after living a bad experience there we told her that we will put everything in the review.she answered that she doesn't care.I don't recommend this place to anybody because you end up spending around 80$ to enjoy lunch with your family with dirty clothes, bad food, mad from the stuff there .

Fast efficient service and clean okace. 3 stars because they are extremely stingy on their food. Ordered large fries barely half full. Burger had hardly any toppings on it. Put it next to a picture of what it's suppose to look like and it is nothing like it. You pay so much and they cheap out on you.

Slow service. Most types of pop were unavailable in the machine. The portabello mushroom burger looked nothing like the picture. Much smaller and not much cheese sauce.

This location is ok most of the time except for today it was ok but the spicy chicken sandwiches did not seem fresh they were tough biting into them and dry, the fries were fresh and had a nice crisp to them, the burger seemed ok and the kids seem to enjoy there food as well, but the dining area was not as clean the lady that was doing cashier was also cleaning the dining area and was using the same cloth on tables and drong station that is not smart to do and also the floor was dirty and the condiment station was low on lids and was not filled even after I had told her there were not any, it is not the baddest location but just cause you do good on service doesn't mean ignore everything else cause you need to always be on top of everything but you can still come by this location cause it is still a nice place to eat at, this is just a wake up call for the owner of this location and for the management team to wake up.

Nice location. Honest staff as they forgot one item in our order, but the staff member followed our car to bring us the missing item. That has saved us from driving back for the missing item. There are lots of parking spaces available and as far as the Covid measures, they seem to be respected.

Could not get otder correct person didn't even listen to me. Long wait for drive through and only car in it. Then had order wrong had to go in to fix. Fries were cold and burger not the best.

Ordered the Korean bbq cheese burger combo. Almost $12. So overpriced!It is really small for the price. Bacon was a little hard and onions fell out when eating it.And as usual the burger was really dry.Wanted to try this burger because a you tuber recommended it. Very disappointed with his opinion.Save your money and try Gladiator burger or burger factory. Meals are more satisfying.

Almost always find a way to get my order wrong. The food is fine, when they get the right item into your bag. Always check your order before driving away from this location. Don't expect to be compensated for your lost time or efforts when you have to go back.Update 05/12/2023:THE FOOD IS NO LONGER FINE. My wife found a clump of disgusting dirt/moss/carpet, who knows...in her salad.This is the worst location of this brand. Avoid it all costs. Pictures are attached.

I hate to give only two stars to this location because the owner is so flipping sweet. But it needs to be said. The customer service of the workers are not always the best. At my most recent experience, the employee was incredibly short with me despite there not being a long line. She put in the wrong order even after I clarified with her to check. I wanted 3 bacon deluxe’s with NO PICKLES (two of them being combos). She gave me three bacon deluxe doubles, which is extra and not what I ordered and all the burgers came with pickles! (I let go of the price difference because I thought it was inflation or something) If the order was complicated and such I would understand but it was quite simple. When I asked to make sure there were no pickles on the burgers she snapped and said “no, (I’m asking) what drink you want” :( Now I understand everyone has bad days but this is the second time this has happened and it can’t go unsaid anymore. Again, I’m not making this review to be rude. The food is delicious and the people are usually nice I just think this deserves a convo with the employees to always double check:)
