POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So impolite and lazy!

Friendly staff ! Gave me the best service I’ve had in years with a phone company. listened to my needs without pushing it!

The level of competency and customer service at this location in Gatineau is a joke! I went in today to buy a Non-shared plan for tablets (data-flex plan). The Rogers sales agent had no knowledge about this plan and he assumed that the plan was only available to pre-existing customers with a phone line. I argued that this plan should be available to new customers so he went to ask another person (the manager). The occupied" manager didn't even look like she cared and agreed with him that the plan was not available to new customers. Then I asked him if he was 100% sure that this is true and he said yes in an unassertive manner. They confused the Shared plan with the Non-shared plan. I left the shop

I went recently to Rogers to buy a new phone with Chanel and the service was excellent. She explained step by step the through the whole process, she offered me the best deal. She was very welcoming and cheerful. 10/10 experience.

Good customer service...not great of an experience still bcz of a promised phone trade that ended up not possible after signing the contract due to their system ...the lady was nice enough to try all existing options but all failed and i bailed out...missed out on a nice deal for a new S23 ultra 512gb..(i also had to call them to waive off the 50$ activation fee since i didnt even touch their services yet, bcz again i broke the contract), they did waive it off in the end . Overall make sure you know what you are getting into before signing anything, the employees are very nice and will explain everything :)

The employees are great and helpful.They’ve answered all of our questions and were dedicated to provide us the answers we wanted.The only downside is that we had to wait a little because there were only two people working.Overall, I recommend this branch of Rogers.
