Travelling solo I was a little bit nervous. Wendy made my planning, and the actual travel adventure run exceptionally smooth even given the fact that we had so many hurdles with trip cancellations due to the weather lost baggage twice, and we still manage to get everything sorted and me out to my travels. Everything was very well organized and ran exceptionally well. I’ve never had a travel agent that went above and beyond for me during my whole trip. Will 100% be using Kayton travel on my future trip.

Wendy had helped us plan our multi-destination trip in 2020 and did an amazing job keeping us informed through the pandemic in regards to our travel credits and what each airline was doing. When we were finally ready to travel again, she continued to do a fantastic job to make sure our new trip would go off without a hitch. We highly value her professionalism and prompt communication. Wendy helped us plan a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Ireland and Scotland, with a lot of sites, tours and travelling between cities. Everything went off without a hitch. After finding out what we wanted to do, she worked diligently to set us up with a great itinerary that balanced seeing everything we wanted (and some things we didn’t know we wanted!) alongside enough time for relaxation and exploring the city. She also put together an app for us that was so easy to use but made keeping track of all our plans, tickets and travel information a breeze. It was a massive stress reliever. During the trip, Wendy checked in to make sure there was no issues. When we had questions come up, she would find the answers for us. I don’t know when she finds the time to sleep, because it seems like whenever we needed her, even on the other side of the world, she took care of us. Plus, Wendy helped me plan the perfect proposal while we were away and made sure everything went perfect. I would absolutely book any vacation with Kayton Travel and Wendy again. This was the best travel experience we’ve ever had.
