Terrible company. Hidden fees . Cost was double of that estimated. I suggest you use someone else.In addition - I responded to the below message to the ownerTheir employee left all the old parts and garbage in my basement. The process was way higher than quoted. There was a couriers" fee for parts that tool over two weeks to arrive and they tried to charge "travel time" from their premises to my house.Despite the written concerns below nobody bothered to call me back.Further reason not to use this company!"

Very professional. I had an electric furnace installed. We had some issues getting the heat pump to work with the new furnace. RGCV made sure they fixed it by sending in their crew until the problem was solved. No runaround, always courteous and professional. New furnace works very well. Representative who originally provided the estimate was always available to answer questions.

I had RGCV install an air-conditioning unit in my home a few years back and received excellent service. From the initial phone call, to delivery and installation and after sale service, I highly recommend RGCV. I have recently moved to another town and will be calling them back once again to install a new unit. Not only did the product help cool down our house tremendously but also saved us money. I have referred RGCV to others in the past and they quickly called and set an appointment. They were extremely satisfied and at the time of their request they were in distress and had dealt with massive flooding issues in their home. They needed repairs and installation therefore RGCV came to their rescue and provided timely, friendly service that will not be forgotten. I am more than impressed with this company, from their sales team to the technicians and office staff they have gone above and beyond to make my experience more than pleasant. The salesman answered any questions I had about the possible systems and what system would work best for my homes needs, the technicians that came to install was very thorough in explaining how the system works, they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff has gone above and beyond considering the language barrier ( I do not speak nor read French) in having the documents translated to English. This company knows what they're doing and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone! What a wonderful experience and its going to save me lots of money in the end!

Today, Brian came to replace a part on my air conditioner. He was most professional and a very diiligent and extremely knowledgeable technician. I ask so many questions about all kinds of service and he was always able to provide answers. He even went without lunch to get here on time as he had a technical problem with the job before he came here which required more time. I asked him if he had his lunch before he came here and he said no Ill have . It was 2:00é Always glad to know they are here if I have a problem.Syllvie is great. My experience with this company has been terrible. Be careful if you use them because as soon as they have ordered your parts and have an advantage they change completely. Their attitude is that they are doing you a favour by servicing your furnace.In the latest incident with them - after waiting more than a week for them to install a part- their servicemen arrived angry and hostile. He was unhappy about where he had to park so impulsively speed off and had to be called back by his supervisor. He nearly clipped my pregnant wife with his truck in the process. This is in fall with temperatures around zero and no heat in the house for over a week. The company wasn’t even apologetic. I was forced to continue bc iBeware using this company.

I have my furnace change and the 2 technicians Pascal and Maxym they are are verry professional thank you guys for your wonderful job and the good cooperation

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE JUST LOOKING TO MAKE QUICK MONEY.So many companies are giving 10 years warranty on service and parts. But this company only gives a 1-year warranty for services and after that, if you call for any service they will charge you ridiculously. I only got my split ac installed last year andI already overpaid for the a/c unit & installation. That's not enough for them.Last week, I had some problem with my ac and a service man came and just had to wash the air filter and put it back (which only took 10 minutes) and they charged me more than 200 dollars. Can you believe this? They said the first hour is 194 + tax, but the job was done in less than 10 minutes. This company already has so many bad reviews.Please read the reviews before you call them. I made a huge mistake and I hope others don't fall for their trap.

I received excellent service before and after the service from the Installation Manager, Eric Warwick. The technicians were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I fully recommend this company

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . (Great salesman)If I could give this company a zero I would. Installed our air conditioning unit in 2019. 1st call made 1 week after installation leaking into our house. The following year 2020, our unit (trade brand) said F.O no refrigerant, the tech comes to our house says this should never happen, but all she does it fill the tank , because she is doing as little work as possible with the unit is under the one year warranty. 2021 we onpen our unit and once again F.O I call 3 different companies they all told me they should have welded the unit last time because clearly there was a leak. When speaking to the service manager Sylvie she gaves y’a zero sympathy “ben madame ça la fonctionné un an donc c’était réparé “ now they want to charge us for the repair and service call . An no matter how we explain the issue was never resolved they don’t care. I am beyond disappointed, I feel so fooled and taken advantage of!
