Worst customer/tv service I have ever received in my 60+ years, quick to send bill in error but not to correct it. All equipment returned on time but like other companies hope you will pay saying you did not return it. Never will I use them again. gave 1 star because could not give none

As an update to my previous review, the app is more stable now. I find it easier to just call in if I have any questions about my accounts. The customer service reps are great. Your best asset!

Having technical issues and Eastlink unable to resolve 3 times they charge me for Service 2 months absolutely no Service and they bills me.I’m at rental place and Eastlink asked me to replace entire cables because to old I talk with landlord he said no one else have issues with cable and he recommend me a private technician and he figure out eastlink connecterswas loss that why it’s all happened.Eastlink prices so high and Service is sucks.

This is our internet speed test daily provided by East Link....What a joke. We are a business that has to rely on internet to operate and it is nearly impossible. They are the only internet provider in our area or we would be long gone. We have called them countless times just to be blown off and wait on the phone for hours. I don't know who voted these people one of the best managed companies because I have never dealt with a worse company. We pay for 10 mb download speed and get 1 on a good day and our speed test can't even register because it is so low....How frustrating
