The best place to train as a family or individual, everyone is super friendly and helpful, all coaches are extremely knowledgeable, the gym it's self very super large, immaculate. Just try out their classes, you won't regret it.

My son (11) and my daughter (9) love this class. Instructors have created a supportive environment for kids to perform at their best ability and build their confidence. Highly recommend.

I was hoping to be able to share an amazing review as all the reviews seem positive but unfortunately this is not the case. I was told by numerous people that martial arts is a great way to instill discipline in overactive children. After about 2 months, I was informed by the instructor that my children aged 4 and 6, do not listen during class and he is unable to continue running the class because of them. This made me feel really bad and I didn't want my kids to be a bother to the group, so the only option was to remove them from the program. When I canceled my membership I was never asked why I decided to cancel. The staff seemed to be very nice but the way it was handled was really hurtful and could have been delt with much differently.Otherwise, both of my children seemed to have had a lot of fun during the short time that they spent there.
