Katrina is the whole reason this is such a great experience. I have been going here for almost a year for waxing and I highly recommend it to everyone I know. Katrina is very welcoming and makes it a very comfortable experience. Very thankful to have found her!

My first time going to this place, second time waxing ever.Lulu was very friendly and personable, began with a clear consultation and explained what she was doing while asking if I felt comfortable/temp was okay. This made me feel at ease; and bonus points for being given a squeeze fidget for me to hold.Will come again.

Katrina is the absolute best! 11/10She is not only a professional, she is also extremely welcoming and makes you feel comfortable at all times. There is no better waxer than Katrina and her team for sure :)*** I'm pretty sensitive and the pain for the brazilian area is 2/10 (which is nothing compare to other techniques) - underarms and legs are 0 painful in my opinion, do yourself a favor and book your appointment xo- Val

Katrina is amazing! She makes you feel really comfortable right from the start as this can be a stressful experience for newcomers. The process was quick and easy. Katrina explains what she will do before she does it and treats you like a long time friend. Her studio was clean and cozy. I will definitely be coming back !!

Tia made my first waxing experience so so comfortable. She talked me through the whole process & continuously checked in to make sure I was doing alright. Overall she was amazing & so friendly. Will definitely be returning to see her soon!!!

I went for my first ever Brazilian and I was so nervous, not just for the pain but general awkwardness. Kim made me feel so comfortable and frankly the waxing barely hurt! I also have no ingrown hairs or sensitivity issues after! I can’t wait to go back again and again because she is the best of the best!

Katrina is amazing at what she does! I have been going to her for Brazilian waxes and she never disappoints. Katrina is welcoming and her spa is a judgement free zone. Brazilian waxes are personal but when your there you just feel like your chatting to one of your friends catching up. Great service very professional and clean. Best place in Ottawa for a Brazilian wax. 10/10 recommend.
