Went in looking for a single bolt as I had stripped a fuel injector holding bolt. The guy who helped me out grabbed me a bolt with a washer right away and I asked what I owed him and he said a dollar. Told him I didn't have cash and he said to not worry about it and just get him next time im in the neighbourhood. Super generous of him, my pal in the car had $2 so I was happy to give him that. For a first time in looking for what I figured was kind of a random bolt, I had an incredibly positive experience. Super friendly gent.

Great service, and good selection. Spent hours driving around town looking for a 5/8 external tooth locking washer. I wish I went to them first.

I’ve never wrote a review on a store before this but this experience was unreal. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Treated me with nothing but disrespect over small transaction. What a joke. DO NOT BUY YOUR FASTENERS HERE.

I needed a small quantity of stainless M3 bolts and nuts that were difficult to find, and Lakeside Fasteners had them. The chap at the front desk was super quick with sorting out what I needed and was pleasant while doing so. I would recommend contacting them if you're in search of obscure fasteners.

If you have a hard to find fastener, there's a good chance you can find it here. It's not a typical store front that would sell to the general public; they absolutely will, but don't go in expecting it to be like Home Depot. Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and lots of interesting stuff on the shelves to just look around at. Way better than ordering specialty fasteners online, they are cheaper, and in stock.

As a business owner, I appreciate the swift and courteous manner I which I am given. From the guys in the back filling orders to Mike and Micheal at the front counter, any one of them make sure they do what they can to offer the best service possible. Their knowledge and expertise make it so I have the right product in hand the first time. Always a pleasure to deal with.
