Our internet had been routinely going out in the evenings while my husband was gaming. It usually came back on quickly. However this past friday it went out and it hasnt been back on. Tech support Saturday couldnt fix it over the phone and said theyd send a technician and couldnt give me any idea when theyd be coming. Then I got an email from a customer service person saying someone would be coming June 1st. So we'll have been without internet a full week. Not fun when you have kids on the spectrum and you stream everything. This has been not only the worst service we've ever had but also the worst customer service.

Today marks 2 weeks since my internet went out, and I can’t even get an estimate as to when someone might come to fix it. I’ve been a Packerland then Astrea customer for 8 or 9 years, but I can’t say I’d recommend this experience.Edit: thank you for telling me what I told you 2 weeks ago. I talked to the people who did it they said they worked for AEG. But I still had to wait 6 days for someone to come out and say the line was cut. Then when I called back I was still not put on a list to get it replaced. I get that things can take time, but it should be at least a week further along in this process.

The worst service I have ever experienced! They have been giving me the runaround FOR A YEAR. Just took a day off from work for nothing. Will have to take another in November. Unable to escalate to supervisors, managers, or owners. Completely ridiculous!

For the most part, Astra is good unless the outdoor cable lines are old, like in Solon Springs, Wi. Then no matter how.much speed you pay for, the connections will never be lightening quick as advertised. Where new internet cables have been installed, the connections are much faster. Once ALL cable.lines have been replaced, all communities will have fast internet.

I pay $240/mo and my internet goes out for at least a half hour every other day and quite often it's out for hours. I have 3 people who work from home and this is extremely damaging to our jobs. When I call, they say whatever they can to avoid a tech coming out. Most recently, they had a drop wire hit by a vehicle. I called early morning and selected to wait for a callback. 4 hours later, I called back and got through immediately. The rep promised a credit and a tech out. I didn't get the credit and haven't been able to get through to them since. The tech came out and fixed the drop wire but told me to wait and see if this fixes are constant problem. Even though I knew it wouldn't, I did so. I lost internet the very next day for 45 mins. I live on Moon Lake in Lewiston and Astrea is no good here!

So far this year I have had no issues with Astrea. I had a problem taking our internet off Park" but the agent was able to help me immediately and all was good. Beth has been very helpful with some questions I had about the ACP. I think they are doing a good job! Keep up the good work."

I know you are asking for ways that you can improve , but honestly I think your service is outstanding. I only had friendly installer’s, good website, great service. You make it easy to get notifications and information I may need about your company. Thank you

I began with Packerland Broadband some years ago. That was good but many issues with the service, and equipment. Astrea bought them out. Can't say it changed all that much. Being forced to use their router is a joke but since they will not support what you own and no one else is (like specturm) is servicing that area you have little choice to move to other companies. That stinks. So we are without choices. Astrea wants to improve. OK here is how you do that. Allow people some room to add a router of choice. Offer discounts for veterans and Seniors. Change out old equipment that your forcing many to rent or buy but at higher costs. I have a seasonal cabin/home and I don't use it as if I was full time and we are stuck with a bill that is the same as if I was there full time. You can do better with that also. I know you can drop it for 4 months to help but if I go up in the winter I am without cable. So that is another way to improve for the many that enjoy winter. I will bet that if Spectrum or At&t or others would offer the same cable service you will be hurting without some perks. So that's my review. Look considering I use it half as much as most do and I am a senior veteran I think you should do better and soon. Chances are one other company is pushing into that area of the Upper Penninsula and now your asking how can we improve. Hey I wasn't born yesterday!

All contact was done via phone. Service was fast and efficient. I received the exact package I was seeking and so far there has been no service interruption at all. Thoroughly pleased with the switch to Astrea and the cost is very attractive as well.

Service is great here in Platteville Wisconsin. Have maybe had one or two outages, but they were in the evening at midnight. They are making a lot of changes in my area, so I guessed the brief outage was due to making some changes on the equipment here. Customer services has been great as well when I needed to call. Quick to get a person at their call center, and within 1 or 2 days had a tech out to the house. Much better than the other company I had internet through, hands down!
