This is for service: More like a 3.5. I was received with a pleasant face by the rep(forgot her name) though they were behind schedule already so early in the am- Edith had a pleasant face and disposition when I left so that is noteworthy. However in between drop off & pick up, obviously the amount to pay was a surprise, no fault of the service rep, but when my car was finally ready, I had to call to know. All the days the car was in service the car wasn’t washed. I believe they did vacuum my rugs so that was appreciated. Maybe I’m expecting something another location does by going out of their way but now I’m used to that so unfortunately I won’t return to this location. I also think all the locations should offer snacks. Another car dealer does & that is appreciated especially in the early morning. Just my 2 cents.

We set up an appt online to go in to see the Mercedes line up and our sales agent David K. was just excellent from the start. He was very thorough in trying to understand our needs and preferences and suggested the best model for our budget. He was extremely polite and courteous and even helped us with negotiating a better price for our trade in. He was very attentive to our needs and regularly updated us on the expected delivery of the car. Thank you!

My service rep was very friendly, attentive and helpful in checking my additional request during my visit for a service ‘A’. I had concerns about some features with my car that were expertly explained.They cleaned my car and washed my extremely dirty winter mats too.It was my first time getting serviced at this location and I’ll always go back.They have great tasting coffee and teas in the waiting area. That’s a plus.The wait time for a service ’A’ is about 1 hour and 40 minutes.

For people in Toronto, this is the best dealership, so close and provided excellent service.Went here for changing my auxiliary battery and main battery. Very good experience, the waiting lounge is fully equipped with coffees and teas, wifi is strong so you can work from here too remotely.Thank you Anthony for taking care.
