Hours for drop off for dog boarding are extremely inconvenient for anyone who has a job: 11:00-3:00 pm. Their only suggestion is to drop your dog off a day early- at an extra charge of course.Previous owners had much better customer service.

To be honestly, the Boss really should change or teach the receptionist to be more friendly. I think a good attitude is critical in business.And people who work here do not just stand behind front desk and stare at their customers. One star for Stratford, another one is for the love to the nature. Thx.

I was so pleased with The Posh Pooch from the moment we walked in the door. The staff was very friendly and they were all great with Leo. He was cut so cute and he was sparkling clean. I'm not sure but they may have even washed his collar! I'll be bringing Leo back in six weeks time. Thank you!

Agree the staff is friendly but Maggie was not cut even close to what was requested. Don't even know if shampooed, backside was not trimmed and was dirty, still sleep in her eyes from the morning, asked to have the hair between her paw pads cut, don't think it was touched, wanted face cut very close but was still very long and very dirty around her mouth definately not washed and far from what I am use to from her groomer at home, awful job, had to cut her face, paws and backside when I got back to our RV, could have done much better myself but forgot her trimmers.

Dropped off our pup for the weekend and she seemed to have enjoyed her visit....Staff were friendly and showed around the facility.......does seem that extra work is needed to clean up poop and cut the grass/weed growth in the outdoor exercise area

Katrina did a fantastic job grooming our dog today! She is a very large, very hairy Saint Bernard and came back looking and smelling great! I don't think she wanted to leave! Will definitely be bringing her back on a regular basis.
