I finished 2 days of lash training with Susan and she was really great in mentoring. She thoroughly explained every step of the procedure and very detailed. Whenever I am doubting my capabilities, she’s there to boost my confidence and that really helped me A LOT to overcome my fears. I love that she’s really straight forward but at the same time she’s really friendly and accommodating. I am so grateful to have her as my mentor and hopefully it continues throughout my journey as a lash tech.

Susan is hands down the best tech you'll ever have the honour of doing your eyelash extensions with. She's very knowledgeable and is always updating her skills through courses as a student. But also, she teaches courses on how to do eyelash extensions. If that's not amazing, I don't know what is. She also really cares a lot about sourcing the best products for her clients! For example, she noticed that the previous extensions she used didn't play well with heat and tended to flatten out by the time a fill is needed. Susan found the best extensions that withstood heat - even the hour long, burning, scalding hot showers.Susan really has an eye for figuring out what styles work for your eye shape - but don't worry if you've already got a style in mind! She's always done her best to accommodate me and what I want. If you're on the fence, try her out and you'll see the difference.

Susan is amazing! She is so talented and so attentive with her clients. I brought my mom who had her brows done over a decade ago. The color and the shape no longer matched her face. Not only did Susan do an amazing job color correcting my moms brows and giving her a shape that complimented her face, she was super attentive the whole way through. I was with my mom the entire time and Susan made her feel so comfortable and taken care of. My mom's brows have fully healed now and she's so happy with the results, she's been sending pictures of it to all her sisters and friends.

Really happy with Susan's work. Her craft is perfection and she was committed to making my brows perfect for me! I really appreciated her time, dedication, and care. I got a combination brow and the photo shown is 3 hours following my touch up appointment, so very dark and fresh but wanted to show the crisp lines and beautiful artwork! I trust that these will heal and lighten following the amazing after care instructions she provides. Susan is very knowledgeable in her work and knows what's best for her clients!
