Vacu-Man Furnace and Duct Cleaning

Previously used this company and were pleased with service, hence contacted them for another duct cleaning. Staff friendly and professional and will not hesitate to use company again and would recommend their services.

Bought property and commenced major renovation including replacing popcorn ceiling. Ceiling contractor did not cover vents nor turn off HVAC, so sucked fine plaster dust through system causing A/C to shut down twice due to condenser coil freezing up. Two air filters were completely plugged - in short, a mess. Scott and his partner showed up on time, serviced A/C unit outside, cleaned dryer duct, put down drop cloths and took boots off when working in newly renovated and painted house. They were great. Showed me different things as they were working. End result seems to have made a very noticeable improvement in air quality, and I’m guessing, in the overall efficiency of the equipment. Great job! I’d use them again and would recommend to friends.

We are very pleased with the level of service that we received. Upon reaching out to the company, we received a response within an hour, and scheduled our service for the next day (very lucky that they had an opening)! We received messages alerting us that the technicians were on their way, and they started and completed the work within the scheduled time. I have used Vacu-man six times since October 2004 (and have the stickers on my furnace to prove it). The quality of their work is excellent!During the last servicing Ryan and Dawson were on time, and they worked promptly and efficiently. In addition to being very courteous and professional they took care to ensure no debris or mess was left on the floors and carpet. Their attention to detail was amazing.

Fantastic! Was promptly booked in for service within a few days of requesting an appointment. The crew came within the expected time frame (11am-2pm) and were very polite and professional. They answered all my questions and performed a thorough cleaning of my HVAC system, ducts and dryer vent. They gave some recommendations on how I could get my air conditioning blowing better to our top floor and it seems to really be helping! No dust or debris left Will definitely be a returning customer!

I'll admit that I was a little sceptical about hiring a duct cleaning company. I had never done it before, and wasn't sure if it was really necessary. But after seeing the amount of drywall dust that had made its way into our furnace after our recent renovations, I decided it was time to give it a try, and am I ever glad that I did!
