I only give 1 start for the staff who is at the front as they were really helpful.I bought 2 beds from the store. I have an issue with 1 bed and its been 12 days they are just keep asking me for more pictures and photos. Even they understand what is missing, quality of the wood is bad and what is faulty still ask for more and more pictures. This is done by some gentleman from the store. If I didn’t hear him wrong than his name is Ian/lean. Its been 12 days they emailing me every day once or twice as a follow up and asking more pictures even after I explained it clearly on the phone. While i was asking i want to talk to manager and he was laughing and said that i am the manager. While i ask who is above you he said i don’t know. Seriously! If you scared to pass your superiors contact that mean you are doing wrong and trying to save yourself. Anyways from onwards I highly advice if you buy something forget that they will help with it.

Poor quality and warranty. Recently received a bed with a faulty zipper that fell off the headboard after the first pass. They informed me this was not a structural issue so they had no intention of repairing or replacing the part.In addition, many holes did not line up between sections, wood splintered in multiple places and bolts required for fabrication were missing.Ensure you check all pieces before fabrication and immediately return before constructing. They use a small clause in their warranty that after construction they are no longer liable for imperfections. Regardless of the timeframe.Structube quality has definitely dipped and they are desperately trying to save money any way they can.

Overall positive experience purchasing their floor model ANDREW sectional. Manager was eventually willing to knock 10% off due to some pieces and screws fitting together a bit awkwardly. They were able to arrange delivery ($90 charge) by the end of the week and we were actually quite satisfied with the service. I don't have high expectations for the longevity of this sectional given what I've read online but it has held up so far and is quite comfortable. Very comparable to Furniture Extreme and IKEA. A person can sleep on it in a pinch. I have no doubt this will last us at least a couple years given the relatively durable vinyl material. Time will tell.

Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. We were there for a lamp that showed availability online and in store. They said the floor model is not available for sale and they’re out of inventory and will take weeks to order. I heard the manager talk to the associate and instruct her not to sell. Will never go there again.

My first impression was this was upscale, but when we walked in it was obvious it was cheaper furniture. Still not bad for some items, we made some purchases. We could have ordered online but we were there.They offered free delivery and charged for room-drop off. I did not understand the difference but this would become a major problem. They delivered it and took it to each room but did not assemble. Basically glorified ikea furniture. Our bed was damaged by the delivery company, and they were good at getting a replacement sorted out. But they screwed up everything from here. Wasted 4 days verifying the bed was ok, wasted a week getting the delivery company to contact us. Gave them the wrong instructions which caused a full scale argument with the delivery company. They did sort out there miscommunication and we finally got it done. Took so long to get, and this problem sorted out we wouldn’t but from them again.

The customer service in this store is zero. My husband and I went in fully prepared to make a purchase for a pullout sofa bed. They did not have the model in store, but we were still willing to order it sight unseen. After walking around the store aimlessly I finally found somebody at the checkout and asked for help. She seemed to be annoyed with my questions and could not provide any answers except we just don't know". I found another associate to ask for help and she tried to answer my questions by going back to the first associate for mentorship

Service was not from this store but structube deleted my review off the website.Bought a sectional in 2021, Kinsey Blue L Sectional to be specific. One day I heard a pop after sitting. Called them, someone came and claimed he fixed it.There is currently a sink in my couch with the visible spring bursting out below. They are blaming on wear and tear. This happened 6 7 months after purchase. I am the only one that uses the couch and most times I'm at my desk or in my bed.They refuse to do anything to help. Very poor service. It didn't even reach the one year. I'm stuck with an couch I spent so much money on and it is of no use to me currently. To add to this a year later all the firmness seem to have evaporated from the couch. Instire quality feels great.I'm not sure how much damage I could have done to cause this. Poor quality. Very poor after service terrible.

I'm very satisfied with the products and service. The experienced sales agent helped me to pick the best choice and the manager handled the exchange (for the damaged product) professionally. They all take their customers seriously. I highly recommended Structube!

By far the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life , the girl with glasses and black mask if you hate your job so much work some place else, the amount of attitude I got from her I’m surprised I even purchased anything from here but anyways came here for a pick up she tells me it’ll be a few minutes she got to bring it from the back so I’m waiting she then proceed to bring a cart with boxes on it wheels it to right infront of the door and walks away , doesn’t tell me that they are mine or whatever so I stand infront of the door for 15 min she can clearly see me standing didn’t bother to approach and tell me that those boxes are mine she just watched me stand there waiting until the other gentleman told me that they are mine I’m obv not going to grab something in a busy store that couldn’t be my order , but ya don’t recommend coming here at Al
