If you wanna see your costumer service rent a U-haul in your life. They are super rude, unfriendly and abuse your credit card. I rented a trailer and they even didn’t bother to hook it up or unhook it. At the end, they were asking me to back up the trailer off the parking lot that I refused and they threatened me to charge me extra. Next day they changed me 40$ extra on 40$ rental fee. Such a fraud! stay away from them

0 internal communications. One lady called saying I can pick up after hours. Next day someone else called again saying absolutely not. Why even provide after hours pick up option when you can’t do it? And why promise customers things you can’t do?

Had an absolutely amazing experience at this Uhaul location. I called the day before our rental to confirm the reservation and asked if we could arrive earlier. They opened a half hour earlier and there were no issues at all. Kind, knowledgeable and professional. Would rent from this location again without hesitation. It was 8:30 on a Saturday morning at the end of October:)

We were told we had a 4 hour rental only to find out it was 3hourAlso we're told we could pick up at 7am. Nope. It was 8!!Never again Uhal

I rented a truck from this location using the credit card of my friend, but I asked them to not charge the credit card because I will pay with my debit card !I paid the final bill with my debit card, but after two weeks, my friend noticed that the same amount of the rent was debited from his card !So I opened a case with U-Haul in order to refund my friend's card, they said it should be a hold that has not been released, so they sent a request to release the hold and asked me to wait for some days to be refunded.We forgot to check for the refund ! 4 months passed before my friend remembered to check his account, he discovered that the amount has not been refunded !I decided to go to this location and ask them for a refund !I had to go 4 times to their office before they refund me ! And the manager did not even take the time to explain why they double charged me or to apologize!I'm very disappointed of my experience with this location and don't recommend them !

They have no clue about costumer service nor respect! Employee or owner is so rude. They will charge your credit card extra fees as soon as you give them any chance. Also they don’t do any safety check! Just be aware of that and go somewhere else!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The lady who is responsible for calling to confirm reservations is completely unhinged and yells at customers who are trying to firm up the details of their reservation. Their online inventory does not match their store inventory. I’m shocked at Uhaul partners with people who literally YELL at customers for no reason. If you ask a simple clarification question.

Worst costumer service you will see in your life! Rude and disrespectful employees and threaten you for extra fees if you complain about their service. They charged my Credit Card 40$ extra just because I told them it’s their job to hook up and unhook the rental trailer. Also they don’t do any safety check for the trailers. Stay away from these crooked guys!

BEWARE: Having a confirmed reservation does not guarantee you a truck! Received a call 30 min before pick up (people all waiting to help with the move) telling me the truck was not returned from previous renter. OK, problem, but why is it now my issue? They had other trucks on the lot but not Mine"? Offered a $50 credit and told I would need to solve the problem last minute. Thankfully there were trucks available at other dealers in the city. Why would it not be UHauls policy to pay the $50 credit to the other dealer and get a truck sent over making my reservation whole? No! instead their approach is Sorry

They stop giving uhauls after 5pm even though it's advertised as 24 hrs. Staff are rude as well, stay away not worth your time.
