I been coming here all the time to get my eyebrows waxed but no more I'm never going to get my eyebrows done here. I came on Sunday she was waxing my eyebrows and it was going good at first but another worker came in and was talking to the lady doing my eyebrows about Tim Hortons then she went out the room with the wax on my face and was gone for about 3 minutes worried about Tim Hortons when she had a client then she came back and ripped it off it she was almost done then put this gel or lotion thing and it was burning really bad both my eyes were watering really bad but I thought the pain was just normal then before I left she said it's a little burn and it would heal in 3 days I got In the car and it was just red but I thought It was supposed look like that it's been 2 days and it's not gone and it's a scar and it burns really bad I can't go to sleep cause it hurts then me and my mom went back and she gave me 20$ to buy sun screen that I can't put on my face because it burns bad and said I told you not to go in the sun. I was barely in the sun I was inside the whole time.

This is my go to since i found them, it’s probably been like 2-3years I’ve been coming here. Very calm and friendly people. And the good part is that your nails last for weeks, you can even change just the colour, i love them! They make me always want to come back

The owner is amazing! Remembered my name and talked like we were old friends on my first time there. I wanted cartoon nails and they served up something I was completely satisfied with, what more could I ask for? I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Booked an appointment and waited 30 minutes. Another woman must have booked with the same young lady as she was called up. I simply left and no I won't be back. So disappointing as my first appointment a month ago was great and I thought I had found a great place to go to.

The website booking did not work. I called ahead to make an appointment for 4 people. It was crowded and the staff were disorganized. I was given a colour brighter than the one I wanted and instead of the design I asked for I was given decals to choose from.All four of us had to have a colour substitution. I was given the option of getting them redone but I was too overwhelmed to stay.We ended up getting my set free and a voucher if I wanted to get them redone. The issue was handled professionally with compassion.

The girls were very nice and talented, but the atmosphere is definitely the reason to go you and the other customers will have a great conversation I promise you that. Completely LGBT friendly for those wanting to ask and the prices weren't that bad either.
