Dairy Queen (Treat)

hi , i am sorry to say that but i went this store last weekend and there were two girls . i waited for 10-15 minutes to give them order. they were doing there things in front of their customers they ignored us and there were others customers too. and were making weird faces look at us . i had to go to another store. Please give them some knowledge about customer service. i also worked for 1 year at dairy queen we treated customer very politely and with always smile .

I just picked up a cake from this location at the Bramalea city center, for my sons 20th birthday btw and I am so displeased with the results That I am almost in tears! It is by far the worst DQ I’ve ever gotten a cake from ! If I could have given this place a half of star I don’t know I’d give that much even ! I have no more time left to even order another one anywhere else and the cake looks horrible !!A Child could’ve done a better job with the writing on it as it is all off Center the H for happy doesn’t even look like an “H” and as for doing the decorating on the cake let’s just say all they put was dots on it under the writing ( which wasn’t even asked for upon ordering it) and the writing completely off center. The writing is horrible and they did a little dots on the bottom of the writing I don’t know what the point of that was and charged me $38 for a cake and I didn’t want and didn’t even offer to give me a discount for it all I was told is a shrug of the shoulders and there was nothing he could do as the person who did this horrible job won’t be in until night time to make the cakes ! It is the worst customary service I’ve seen ! I will never be back to this Dairy Queen for a cake or anything else for that matter Again! I am completely disgusted at the results, customer service and help !!Signed a very upset and displeased mother and customer!

I have been to this dq location several times and the staff who works there never wore a glouse when preparing or serving the ice cream. This is the industry where you handle the food and glove must be worn and changed for each and every customer. On any day you visit this location, you will the staff just prepare everything bare hands. Kindly inform the management about this.

She took my deal code, used it and said it didn't work. And I lost the code anyway so I couldn't even order online. Literally trash, don't go here.

Bought a cake here just before closing for fathers day and the cake was spoiled! The chocolate layer was sour. However, I was able to return the spoiled cake and they provided me with a new one that was freshly made.

By far the worst DQ location ever. Ordered a custom cake and did not check it prior to leaving the store as I’ve never had a bad experience at other DQ locations I didn’t think to. What a mistake that was came home and the mermaid designed cake that was ordered for my little one’s 3rd birthday was in a terrible mess the wrap was not completed properly and the cake was not the same height and shape on both sides. Further the colours were not even as displayed on the site. The cake looked nothing like what I requested. I was so upset however given it takes a day for custom cake orders to be completed nothing could be done. I was completely embarrassed by this cake. It ruined the whole birthday theme/party experience. I’ve been contacting the location since 09/05/22 to speak with the manager and no one ever answers the phone. I gave up and emailed DQ’s head office not once, rather 3 times now and their response is always the same we have forwarded your concerns to the franchise owner for response. This individual clearly does not seem to concerned with the issues presenting at this location. Having had a look at the reviews (wish I had done this prior to placing my order here) I see issues are a common occurrence. The staff are quite unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. During pick up of my order on 04/04/22 the female at the cash was not aware of the cake costs and seemed dazed. I’m very unimpressed by this whole experience as it ruined what should have been a wonderful mermaid birthday party for my little one on her 3rd birthday. Who sells someone a messed up cake with a bumped up wrap ? Beyond unprofessional shame on you DQ.

It is sad to say that this DQ reuined a child's birthday. They have the worst customer service. The elderly woman at the store was shouting at me and told me to get away before I could even say what the issue was, She kept saying she does not take back 1/2 eaten cake (2/3 actually ). What was I to do gather all the slices from the kids and return that too?. She told me not to talk to her go talk to the head office and get away from her store. This happened as I was trying explain to her that the ice cream cake bought 24 hrs before turned out to be stale, rancid smelling and had ice particles. This was discovered after we sliced the cake for our guests/kids and when they taste it they said it was weird tasting and smelling. If I could give zero I would.

Worst Customer service ever seen! So, here after 3 months for Triple Chocolate Brownie, still got the worst service ever! They heated whipped cream and it turned into foam as it can be seen clearly in the picture. The girl with specs who was taking order at first, suddenly went inside to call another girl quickly after seeing me there. The second black girl took my order and started preparing it. Both of them were gossiping with each other while preparing my order. I instructed the second girl to not put Chocolate over top of ice cream, instead put on side in container. I saw that she doesn't put the Chocolate as they usually do, instead she put just a little bit. I was so upset after seeing this and asked her to put as usual not lesser than that ok. She refused, instead started arguing with me and told me to pay extra for the Chocolate. What the hell! I pay extra for what? I didn't pay you to get less amount of Chocolate than usually you put. Listen girls, you do not get paid for gossiping about customers and arguing with them. If you do not like your work, then simply leave the job. Let Someone else, who really deserves it and love the job, work. Highly not recommended at all. Go to another Dairy Queen instead to save your money from these fraudsters, and also to get exceptional customer service. This place is not the same place anymore that I used to love to go. All my money wasted. Rubbish customer service ever!
